Experience a Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony, unique sauna infusions, and the special atmosphere of the UHU – a sauna that feels like a cozy living room. Throughout the day, we will offer special highlights and gentle surprises to deepen the experience.

12:00 – Cacao & Blue Lotus Ceremony

13:00 – Sauna & Special Infusions throughout the day – Shared rituals, movement, and moments of connection

16:00 – Last Sauna Infusion

– A cup for the cacao

– Water for yourself

– Small snack to share

– Towels, a robe, and comfortable sauna attire

– Optional: small items for personal ritual or comfort
