An Evening of Meditation, Reiki & Sound

Step into a deeply calming evening designed to help you unwind, ground, and restore after the busyness of the day. Through guided meditation, Reiki energy, and immersive sound healing, this session invites you to pause, let go, and simply be.

Rather than “doing” or fixing, this is a space to let your body settle, your breath deepen, and your nervous system soften. The meditation focuses on grounding and support, helping you feel anchored, present, and held. Reiki and sound gently guide you into a state of rest and restoration, allowing tension and mental clutter to dissolve naturally.

• Overstimulated or mentally busy
• Tired but wired
• In need of calm, steadiness, or gentle support

Bookings are essential, as we limit numbers to keep our events intimate and ensure each guest has a meaningful and personal experience.

This event is for Adults but we can accommodate 16 y/o and over with parental permission. Please email us for further information.

This is a seated event, with cushions provided. Chairs are also available - please inform us prior if this is preferred.

Jeni is a Master Healer and Teacher with over 20 years of experience, known for her heartfelt, transformational approach to self-love, healing, and personal growth. Mel brings nearly two decades of experience in body-based energy work, specializing in Access Bars®, supporting profound shifts in energy, mindset, and emotional patterns. Together, they create a nurturing space for deep restoration and inner clarity.

A 10% discount will be available at our crystal shop on the day of the event for all attendees.

Please aim to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure we can get started as scheduled.
