Sometimes gyals just wanna have fun?! But also chill, also romance, also get a little spiritual and tap back in... you get it!

Women have long held sacred portals - we after all are the creators. We also do find strength in numbers, and it's important for us to find our own communities to be held, support one another and be deeply seen.

The space: Set inside the most beautiful art gallery right in the heart of St Kilda.

(plenty of free parking on Barkly street (unlimited) and 2-hr free parking on Vale St)

Your hosts: Neha Kumar Yoga and Meditation facilitator and founder of Artful Yoga Gallery, Naarms first-of-a-kind blended art gallery wellness space.

Neha will be your guide for yoga and mediation - she weaves themes of philosophy and we use these to anchor to the practice on our mat, and on the canvas when we create art together.

Alongside Dhanya Nambiar Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and wellness facilitator dedicated to helping people restore balance through the wisdom of Ayurveda.

Rooted in the principles of holistic healing, Dhanya’s work focuses on bringing the body and mind back into harmony through mindful living, breath, nourishment, and daily rituals. Her approach is gentle, practical, and deeply grounded in traditional knowledge, making Ayurveda accessible for modern life.

Through her platform Prana Ayurveda, she shares tools and insights that empower people to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate balance, and live with greater vitality and ease.
