Join Olympian Emma Nedov for High Tea with Emma. A magical event of stories, connection and inspiration for young gymnasts.

High Tea with Emma is a unqiue opportunity for young, aspiring gymnasts to come together, connect, ask questions, share a laugh, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon away from the gym floor.

After 20 years in the sport, 2024 Paris Olympian Emma feels incredibly grateful for everything gymnastics has given her. As the next generation continues to rise, it means so much to be able to pass on the lessons, stories, and experiences that have shaped her journey.

I’d love to invite you to join Emma for an afternoon built to inspire confidence and clarity for your 2026 goals in the sport WE love.

11am - Arrival and Registration

11:15am - Networking opportunity. Parents meet & greet with Emma.

11:30am - High Tea with Emma commences. Parents depart.

1:30pm - Photo opportunity.

2pm - Event concludes.
