In this foundational workshop, Alexandria will break down manifestation in a clear, grounded, and accessible way. You’ll learn how your thoughts, beliefs, focus, and behaviours shape your reality, and how to work with this process consciously rather than unconsciously.

This session is designed to demystify manifestation and turn it into something practical, tangible, and applicable to real life. Through discussion, examples, and guided exercises, you’ll begin to recognise how you’ve already been manifesting outcomes in your life, and how to shift patterns that no longer serve you.

You’ll leave with a simple framework you can use immediately, greater clarity around what you actually want, and a clearer sense of control over the direction of your life.

This workshop also forms the foundation for Part 2: Advanced Manifestation, where these principles will be explored in greater depth. While each session can be attended separately, a solid understanding of the basics covered here is strongly recommended before moving into the advanced level.
