We begin with a heart-opening cacao circle guided by Hanyu, inviting presence, intention, and connection. After our ecstatic dance journey, she will lead a gentle sound-healing meditation with shimmering chimes, allowing the body to settle and all awakened energy to return to harmony.

Held by Hanyu Zhu, a yoga teacher from China shaped by years of travel and spiritual exploration, this opening and closing ritual offers a space of deep calm, tender clarity, and quiet connection.
