Dance of Liberation: A women’s dance journey and cacao ritual

Step into a circle of women to reconnect with your body, your heart, and your aliveness. Through ceremonial cacao and intuitive dance, we create a space to soften, feel, and express.

Let your body lead the way — raw, liberating, and fully present — while being held by the loving presence of the group. This evening is an invitation to drop into your body and dance with life, embracing whatever is present for you in this moment.

We begin with cacao to ground the body and gently open the heart, followed by an intuitive dance journey supported by music that moves through different phases: from a gentle warm-up into expressive, joyful movement, and finally a soft landing to integrate the experience.

The ticket includes a cup of ceremonial cacao. Advance booking is appreciated to allow us to prepare the cacao accordingly.

Jil is a facilitator of embodied spaces that foster deep connection — to self, to the body, and within community. Rooted in her own lived practice, she brings together intuitive movement, breathwork, and ceremonial cacao to create experiences that invite presence, expression, and aliveness.

In both group spaces and one-to-one journeys, she supports women in reconnecting to their feminine, cyclic nature, honoring inner rhythms, timing, and transitions.
