Creative Drawing Workshop – All Levels Welcome | Beginners Included

Fridays, 17 - 19 h, from May 22 to June 19 - with Juancar in Fincan (Berlin-Neukölln)

Step into a playful and expressive drawing experience where experimentation leads the way. In this workshop, we’ll explore non-traditional approaches to mark-making, creative composition, and expressive visual language. Each class invites you to break away from conventions and connect with drawing as a joyful form of self-expression.

You will learn out-of-the-box techniques, encouraging experimentation and curiosity. Through a mix of prompts, dynamic exercises, and guided practice, you will unlock creative confidence and discover fresh ways of seeing and making. This workshop blends abstract, expressive, and figurative strategies to help you expand your artistic practice.

About Your Instructor

Hi, I’m Juan-Carlos Rosa-Casasola (Juancar, he/him), a Berlin-based artist and art instructor offering painting and drawing workshops for beginners and intermediate participants - in English, German and Spanish. My classes are designed to help you explore creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment, where curiosity matters more than perfection.

With a background in Fine Arts, Art Production and Creative Design, I combine technical knowledge with an inclusive, playful teaching style that encourages experimentation and personal expression. I teach workshops across Berlin (Modulor, Berlin Drawing Room, U8HAUS, Eszenzia, Malsalon, Fincan and Dharma Studios) and I also collaborate with cultural spaces such as WerkStadt and GlogauAIR.
