Ceremonial raw cacao from Peru is more than just a drink — it is regarded as a gentle “plant medicine” that can open the heart space, strengthen intuition, and support a more subtle, embodied presence. A beautiful way to attune yourself to the journey ahead.

🎵 Sound journey

A sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drum, and other instruments guides you into deep relaxation. Sound works on a profound level: through the vibrations of carefully chosen instruments, blockages may release, the nervous system can regulate, and a state of inner calm can emerge. A nourishing experience for body, mind, and soul.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

• Come in comfortable, warm clothing (as you’ll be lying or sitting maily).
• Please arrive 5 min. before the start so you can settle in.
• Cozy futons, blankets, and cusions will be provided.
• Please avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine for at least 2 hours before the ceremony.
• Min. 3 attandees.
