A community swap market where everything on the tables is free to take.
Bring what you no longer need, find something new-to-you, and enjoy the vibe.

🧾 FAQ

1. What should I bring?

Clean, functional items in good condition. We welcome:

• Clothes & festive party outfits
• Shoes & accessories
• Books
• Kitchenware
• Toys
• Electronics
• Sportswear
• Holiday decor & more

🚫 We cannot accept food, medicine, or underwear.

2. What can I take?

You don’t need to bring something in order to take something.
That said, we encourage you to contribute if you can, so the market stays full of great finds.
Please only take what you truly need 💛

3. What should I do when I arrive?

You’ll see clearly marked category tables (e.g. kitchenware, toys, electronics).
Sort your items accordingly — our volunteers are happy to help.

4. What else can I do besides swapping?

Take a stroll around Boxi — the neighbourhood is lovely and full of great spots.

5. Can I sell my stuff at the event?

No. This is not a selling event.
All items are free, and there is no exchange based on quantity or value.

6. When’s the best time to come?

You’re welcome anytime.
If you’re bringing items, we recommend coming around 30 minutes before closing so they have a better chance of finding a new home.
New items arrive throughout the day, so feel free to come back later.

7. Is it a social event?

Yes! Come say hi to Joyce (organiser) 👋
People often connect over the stories behind their items, and many friendships have started at past swaps.

8. Is the space dog-friendly and baby-friendly?

We love dogs and little ones 🐶👶
However, the space can get quite busy and crowded. It may feel overwhelming, so we recommend leaving them outside at KINK’s outdoor area or at home for this event.

9. What happens to leftover items?

Any items left will be:

• Donated to Systemfehler or Wühlischvierzig, or
• Placed at nearby apartment entrances for others to take

You’re also welcome to take back any items you brought.
