Sunday Reset: Movement, Flow & Mindfulness

Join me for a special 90-minute journey designed to bridge the gap between a calm mind and an active body. As a former ballet dancer turned yoga and meditation teacher - and currently a Pilates instructor-in-training - I’ve spent my life exploring how movement heals. This is my very first official workshop, and I’ve curated it to be an intimate, safe space for just 20 participants to reconnect. We will blend the grace of flow with the precision of core work and the stillness of meditation, making it the ultimate "Sunday Reset" for your nervous system.

No prior knowledge is required—just an open heart and a desire to move.

Preparation & Practicalities: To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for everyone, please arrive 10–15 minutes before we begin so you can settle into the space. Wear comfortable clothing and socks (we will be practicing without trainers or shoes). Please bring your own yoga mat; if you don’t have one, just contact me beforehand so I can help you out.
