The Wellness Reset is a three-part experience designed to kick off 2026 with an intentional focus on fitness, well-being, and self-love!

Kick off your new year with movement, sunshine, and a full wellness reset!

The Wellness Reset Series is a three-part rooftop experience designed to help you restart your routine, refresh your habits, and feel your absolute best this season.

Every event features a 45-minute mat Pilates class co-taught by Abbey Yoder and Melanie McKenna, a short guided breathwork moment to ground and recharge, and a lively post-class Wellness Village filled with local brands, mini services, and feel-good wellness experiences. It’s the perfect mix of movement, discovery, and community energy.

Enjoy massages from the NOW Massage of Scottsdale, mini facial treatments and prizes from Heyday Phoenix, wellness shots and acai courtesy of Pure Green Arcadia, nontoxic coconut soy candles by SZND Goods, Tarot card reading by Cool Girl Tarot, Matcha and Coffee, and wellness shots by Rapid Recovery IV.

DUE TO FORECASTED RAIN, the January event takes place INSIDE the mall in the Palm Court, in front of the food court.

The February and March events take place on the rooftop of the Purple Garage at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall (across from Lifetime Gym and behind Toca Madera)
