Pilates Immersion Workshop

Pilattes Immersion is a hands-on experience created for those who are passionate about their Pilates journey and want to move with more clarity, confidence, and intention.

This workshop is designed to support your personal practice, whether you’re newer to Pilates or a longtime attendee who wants a deeper understanding of form, alignment, and how each movement is meant to feel in the body.

Through guided exploration, you’ll gain insight into why we move the way we do, which muscle groups are engaged, and how small alignment shifts can create more strength, ease, and connection in your practice. Gentle hands-on adjustments are offered to help you refine positioning in a supportive setting. The afternoon is intentionally curated to blend education, mindful movement, and community connection, leaving plenty of space to ask questions, slow down, and tune in.

Each participant will also receive a custom tote filled with wellness gifts, including drinks, snacks, grip socks, and a premium Carmu micro-suede yoga mat (total experience valued at $350).

You’ll leave feeling grounded, informed, and more at home in your body, carrying a deeper appreciation for Pilates into every class you take. This workshop is not intended for those seeking to teach others, but is perfect for anyone hoping to learn more about their own movement.
