About This Event

Intimate group sound journeys that incorporates breath work, sound healing and somatic exploration. This is much more than a sound bath!

Somatic Sound Bath

Immersive somatic sound bath that incorporates breath work, sound healing and somatic journeying. Each session centres around a different theme and guides participants on a meditative somatic exploration of breah, body and mind aimed to promote embodiment, self-connection, nervous system regulation, and profound healing.

This is much more than a sound bath - this is deep therapeutic work in a supported container.

This weeks theme is : MIND/BODY CONNECTIVITY

Led by somatic trauma practitioner and ritual guide Jana Cederquist.
