After incredibly successful global seminar tours of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, England, Scotland & Ireland Strength Coach Sean McInroy is bringing his Simplified Strength Tour back home to Australia in 2026!
And kicking things off this April 12th at Iron Revolution Gym in MELBOURNE!
Having spent a lifetime dedicated to physical performance, 20+ years experience within the fitness industry and over 10 years as a Strength Coach, Sean comes fully stocked with a unique blend of knowledge, skills, experience and bad jokes... which is rare to find in one neat 120kg package!
In this full day of interactive learning you'll learn the most efficient methods and effective principles to build enviable STRENGTH, MUSCLE, KNOWLEDGE and CONFIDENCE.
