‘Pub Crawl’ – A Beer Dinner with Artisan’s Palate x Pilot Brewing Company

We’re thrilled to host our first-ever beer dinner — an exciting new collaboration celebrating seasonal ingredients, craft beer, and women-led talent in Charlotte.

On Wednesday, January 28, join us for ‘Pub Crawl’, a four-course culinary experience created in partnership with Pilot Brewing Company and their award-winning owner and head brewer, Rachael Hudson.

For this special evening, Chef Christa Csoka spotlights winter ingredients from Deep Roots CPS Farm — potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and more — and each course is intentionally crafted to perfectly pair with a featured Pilot beer, highlighting the unique notes of each brew. Guests will enjoy pub-inspired dishes reimagined with an elegant, modern twist, bringing global favorites to the table with refined technique and seasonal finesse.

Your dinner becomes a global “pub crawl,” with elevated interpretations such as:

• Refined fish & chips with mushy peas
• A seasonal, elegant mushroom schnitzel
• Other globally inspired pub dishes drawing influence from England, the U.S., Germany, and beyond.

This collaboration brings together three women-led Charlotte businesses, united through creativity, craft, and a shared commitment to local sourcing.
