This is our annual tribute to the legacy, sound, and influence of J Dilla, De La Soul, and the musical universe around them. This night is for people who love music—and love the details.

Expect deep cuts, B-sides, samples, rarities, and joints that live beyond algorithms. Music from the Dilla /Native Tongues family and adjacent worlds, including A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, D'Angelo, Bilal, The Roots, Busta Rhymes, and more.

Vibe / Dress:
Casual cool Tribe vibes, Afrocentric Badu/De La, or Detroit Player Fly energy—all are welcome. Pull up.

Record Pop-Up:
Gene Brown will be on site with a special record pop-up featuring vinyl sampled by J Dilla, De La Soul, and their collaborators. DJs and collectors—this is intentional.
