New Moon in Pisces - Beach Sunset Sound Bath

Join Romy at the beach for a night of deep relaxation, sound & stillness in the spacious Elwood Angling Club.

Februarys' new moon in the sign of pisces offers you an opportunity to let creativity and inner vision flow freely so you can manifest the life you dream of.

Overlooking the Elwood Foreshore at dusk you will arrive just before 7pm to settle into your spot. You will begin your session connecting to yourself with a simple breathing exercise before lying down, snuggling under your blanket and travelling on a soothing 60 minute sound journey into deep relaxation. The mesmerising instruments can lead you into a state of self presence (and trance).

The Sound Bath is designed to nurture and soothe your nervous system and lead you to a place where your body, mind & spirit come together in the present moment, where you feel deeply relaxed, grounded, heavy but floating. In this dream like state, you enter your rest & repair mode where self-healing can occur. Throughout the Soundscape you will hear some of my nature recordings I have made over the last 10 years from around Australia.
