Our International Women’s Day celebrations are known for being uplifting, energising and genuinely memorable — a beautiful chance to step out of the day-to-day, connect with incredible people, share a few laughs, and leave feeling motivated, supported and ready to take on what’s next (with a fuller cup).

This year’s theme, #BalanceTheScales, is about driving real progress towards equality — creating fairer opportunities, stronger workplaces, and a future where women’s voices are heard and valued. There’s something powerful about being in a room of people who want that too.

We’re thrilled to welcome two standout special guests: Patrina Jones from The Christian O’Connell Show (Gold 104.3) and Brihony Dawson award-winning MC, television presenter, sports commentator and vocalist - plus our amazing Master of Ceremonies, Kristy Mayr from Channel 7, who will bring her signature warmth, professionalism and sparkle to the day.
