Candlelight and Sound Bath: rebalance and rejuvenate | Monthly Event

Immerse yourself in a nurturing 1-hour sound bath designed to help you slow down, rebalance, and deeply rest.

Held by candlelight, this session invites you into a gentle sanctuary of sound and stillness.

Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and subtle grounding sounds, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state.

Throughout the session, you’re invited to simply lie down, breathe, and receive — allowing the sound vibrations to support relaxation, release stress, and gently quiet the mind.

This session is suitable for all levels, including those who are new to sound baths.
