Black Girl Wellness 2026

Girl Wellness 2026 is Charlotte’s only all-Black-women wellness experience — a space created for us to slow down, reset, and reconnect with ourselves and each other.

This event blends movement, nutrition, mental health, and community into one transformative morning dedicated to holistic Black women’s wellness.

Join us for a joyful morning of:

✨ Afro-Beats Yoga — a beginner-friendly yoga flow that blends movement, stretching, grounding, and joy. Perfect for all fitness levels.

✨ Real-Talk Mental Health Session — hosted by award-winning journalist Natisha Lance and a licensed Black woman therapist. An honest, relatable conversation about emotional wellness, stress, boundaries, and the realities Black women navigate daily.

✨ Nutrition Workshop for Everyday Women — simple, realistic guidance for weight loss, strength, energy, stress eating, and building a healthier relationship with food.

✨ Black-Owned Wellness Vendor Market — explore and shop from local Black-owned wellness brands including skincare, chair massage, cold-pressed juice, handmade products, and more.

✨ Giveaways + Community Connection

This event is all about creating a space where Black women feel seen, supported, and celebrated — not judged, not rushed, not overwhelmed.
