Bindi is a highly respected, boutique family winery in Victoria’s Macedon Ranges, widely regarded as one of Australia’s finest producers of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Its reputation is built on meticulous vineyard work, a deep respect for terroir, and beautifully expressive, low-intervention wines that are celebrated by critics and collectors alike.

In recent years, Michael has expanded his focus with the Dhillon label — an exciting range of wines from alternative varieties grown under his guidance in nearby regions. These wines reveal Michael’s deft touch across a broader spectrum, while maintaining the clarity and restraint that define his style.

Together with Michael, we’ll taste our way through eight wines, spanning the Dhillon range and the latest releases from Bindi. Along the way, he’ll share the story so far — from vineyard to bottle — and offer a glimpse of what’s still to come.
