Beginner Yoga Series

Join us for a gentle 4 week journey into yoga with Jess of Peaceful Prana Wellness. This series is perfect for complete beginners who want to learn the foundations of the practice in a supportive space, as well as practitioners with some experience who wish to deepen their connection to breath, alignment, and mindful movement.

Jess will guide you through simple postures, grounding breathwork, and steady flows that nurture strength, balance, and inner calm. Each week builds on the last so you can grow confidently at your own pace.

A peaceful, accessible way to begin or return to your practice. All are welcome.
