2026 NCGCC Board Meeting Vendor

Thank you for your interest in securing vendor space with the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses for our National Board MeetingHere are the details:

Dates: April 22–24, 2026 Location: Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End Hotel, 5700 West Park Drive in Charlotte, NC 28217 Timing: Wednesday, April 22, 2026 - set up at 7:00 a.m. - Until 12 noon on Friday, April 24, 2026 (Number of Vending spaces = 8 ).

Each booth space includes:

• One 8-foot table
• Two chairs
• One trash can

To ensure fairness and consistency for all vendors, please review the following registration guidelines:

• Vendor registration opens February 1, 2026. The booth fee is $250 per vendor with full payment at the time of reservation due by Friday, April 10, 2026. Late registration will be accepted at $300 (paid in full) until all spaces are filled.
• Electrical drop information and costs will be announced by March 1st.
• All merchandise must remain within your assigned booth space. Vendors requiring additional room must purchase a second booth. No exceptions.
• Registration will close once all available booth spaces have been filled. Any requests received after capacity is reached will be declined.
• No food items of any kind may be sold in the hotel or convention areas.
• Vendors are responsible for the security of their own merchandise at all times
