My name is Viktoria, and I am a certified breathwork coach, soundbath facilitator, and mindfulness practitioner with training in yoga, breathwork and meditation. My practice is rooted in both scientific research and holistic wisdom, integrating nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and energetic healing. I guide individuals and groups through practices that foster presence, clarity, and deep restoration.Being of service is my way of honoring the experience, support, lessons, and opportunities I have received.
