The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret

The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret is a Non Profit Organization based in the East Vancouver Artiste Building that runs a studio nicknamed "The Dusty Flower Shop". The DFC creates original site specific and immersive theatrical work, perhaps known best for producing the annual Parade of Lost Souls since 2013.The DFC's work is characterized by immersive environments where the audience plays a part in the show, actors that improvise in and around a script, comedy mixed with dance and live music, and a homemade feel to the world often occurring in a nostalgic past time, or a dusty future time.Dusty's extended community is enormous -- storytellers, dancers, producers, multi-media artists, puppeteers, musicians, painters and makers of all kinds.
