FINAL FRIDAY CABARET at The Dusty Flowerpot Cabaret

Dear Patrons,

This unique event has run for years at the Dusty Flowerpot and has been on hiatus for a while so we are dusting it off !~! This event is like an open mic but for physical comedy, clown, dance and experimental work of all kinds....The acts are not curated! This means that anything could happen. And a professional host each month keeps the show on track no matter what.

The bar and costume collection will be open at 7 pm and show is at 8 pm !

We don't set or limit the ticket price for this event! We just want to see your face, so come on by and donate at the door. Suggested donation is $10-20, but no one turned away for lack of funds, and you can always bring friends and buy lots of drinks instead! Non-alcoholic options available!

We have limited space, so it can fill up. If you want to secure your spot the only way to do that is by ordering a ticket here on Eventbrite for minimum $10, or by signing up to perform.

***Note We have a drop in Swing Lesson that happens 6-7 pm on these Fridays, so if you want to do that as well, come at 6pm. It is $20 for the lesson because it is a semi-private lesson where you will get individual attention******

Dear Performers,

We call on the clowns, the singers, the stand ups, the musicians, the poets, the jugglers, the story tellers, the dancers, and the visual artists! This fall the Dusty Flower Pot Cabaret is resurfacing the monthly cabaret!

We will slot performers in on a first come first serve basis, and all you have to do to sign up is email dustyflowerpotcabaret@gmail.com with the following info:

-FINAL FRIDAY CABARET in the subject line

-confirmation that your act is original

-confirmation that you understand it must be 6 minutes or less

-confirmation of which month you'd like to sign up for

You will receive an email back before the 15th of the month in all cases, even if all spots are filled.

What’s Special about this Open Stage style Cabaret is that we are only accepting submissions for Original Works. This doesn’t mean no covers. This means not only make it your own but make it a piece of performance art in your own way!
