Halifax Minster

Discover 900 years of life and faith in Halifax. Not only do we provide a place of worship but a venue for events. As well as the usual main services we also provide space for other organisations to arrange services for their own clients. Schools and charities such as Overgate Hospice and RSPCA Halifax have services here, which we facilitate. We also host cultural events like Halifax Comedy Festival, Overgate Choir concert, Black Dyke Band concerts as well as our own festivals: Minster Summer Festival, Christmas Tree Festival and Hidden Gems tours as part of the Halifax Heritage Festival.
