Hi I'm Angie Garton. I have been providing Sound Baths since 2021 across East Lothian, Edinburgh and The Borders.My specialist area is mind-body relaxation using Himalayan bowls, Crystal bowls, Shamanic drum and therapeutic percussion. Each of my sessions follow a beginning, middle and an end, so that it feels like a journey, a story. I call it 'storytelling for the soul' because it can feel so soothing; to emerge with a new awareness or a deeper feeling of self-connection.
