About This Event
Slow down, reset your nervous system, feel ready for the week ahead, with this deeply restful Sound Bath
Sunday Chill Out Sound Bath is an invitation to rest.
Not to improve yourself. Just to land, soften, and let your nervous system settle.
Held on a Sunday afternoon, this extended sound bath is designed to help you gently downshift from the pace of the week and reconnect with a sense of ease within yourself.
This is an updated version of my signature Relaxation Sound Bath, designed to bring you to a place of deep rest. No pressure to share anything about yourself, and nothing you need to achieve. You’re welcome to lie down, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be supported by sound, stillness, and rest.
The session will begin with a short grounding welcome and a brief reading to help you arrive, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using therapeutic instruments to encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation.
After the sound concludes, there will be ample time to rest quietly, without being brought back immediately, to give your body and mind the space they often don’t get.
This space is especially suited to you if:
- You feel tired, wired, or overstimulated
- You find it hard to fully switch off
- You’re craving rest without expectation
- You want care without fixing, and depth without pressure
You don’t need any prior experience with sound baths or meditation. Sleep is welcome. Stillness is welcome. Being exactly as you are is welcome.
What to expect:
- A calm, welcoming environment. No expectation to chat or share your story - come as you are and leave feeling more rested
- A soothing, immersive sound bath (50 minutes of slow, soothing sound)
- Extended rest towards the end of the session for extra chill out , with no rush to re-enter the world. Have a nap at the end if you wish!
- A quiet, spacious close to your Sunday.

Feedback from previous participants:
"I met Ang at a business retreat where she was providing her sound bath sessions every evening. I'd never had one before so didn't know what to expect. But after an intense day of learning, Angs sessions provided the perfect switch off and relaxation which was complete bliss. I felt relaxed, full of renewed focus and I slept so well.
Sadly I'm not able to access Angs workshops live as I don't live nearby. I have to make do with full body massages instead (which cost me well over £50) but they don't match the feeling from one of Angs sound baths and I would happily pay that £50 knowing the results I'd get from Ang.
I truly wish I had Ang on my doorstep to help me stay calm and balanced." - Sheona

"We've used Angie's amazing skills at our various events over the years for very good reason - what she does is transcendentally good and she's a smart, wonderful human to boot. Our 'Business and Balance' retreat-style weekends are a perfect match for a sound bath experience, but in Angie's skilled hands, these experiences move to a different level.
I am notorious for being constantly on the move, unable to get or stay 'calm' for 5 minutes and yet, within 3 minutes of my first sound bath experience with Angie, I was as Zen as any human being could be (when no other sound bath or meditation experience has ever worked for me.
I've witnessed Angie's abilities and mastery of her craft grow and deepen each year as she's continued to grace us with her constantly evolving practice. The sessions just get better and better.
I was asked recently how much I'd pay for a block of sound bath sessions with Angie and, honestly, I'd happily offer £400-£500 for a block of 10 - they're that effective." -Dino Tartaglia

"I first experienced Angie's sound bath in 2023 as a visitor to Scotland. It was a private sound bath and I loved it. The use of other tools along with the sound bowls made it worthwhile. It was very relaxing and would definitely do it again whenever I visit. If you want an enriching, fully relaxing experience, I highly recommend it." - Renee

"I feel very relaxed and that's so unusual for me."

"I had tingles across the back of my head. And the chronic pain and tension that I live with, I noticed that it wasn't there."
---
"My first one I’ve been to and we will defo be back again! I’ve been struggling a lot recently with feeling like I’ve been very disconnected from myself and the end instrument you used, almost felt like a chant. Felt like it was telling me to ‘come back to myself’."

"I don't know how you make all those beautiful sounds! I feel so chilled out, I don't know if I've ever felt this relaxed before. Heavy and light at the same time. Incredible feeling."

"Angie holds the space beautifully, a powerful and gentle ride into bliss state. I felt the tingles and relaxation wash over me. I will be hiring Angie at future events for sure." -Gill Kirkham

I" didn't really know what to expect so went in open minded and with am open heart. The sounds Angie was able to make were so calming and peaceful, they filled my heart and being in a totally unexpected and wonderful way. I came out feeling utterly calm, relaxed and at peace. Thank you so very much Angie, you are indeed very talented." -Debs Eastwood

"This was my second sound bath this year and I have to say Angie is incredible at what she does. Creating an environment of complete stillness, calm and peace is not easy. However Angie has such a chill vibe she puts you so effortlessly at ease and guides you through the whole process. I went in expecting to ease some tension and feel relaxed and i got that and more. My body went numb, its such a strange feeling, I wish I could bottle it as it would be amazing after a heavy gym session haha. Thank you Angie for such a wonderful experience." -Gary

"I had never been to a sound Bath before, so did not know what to expect. Angie made us all feel super comfortable. And honestly the experience was like no other. It is something I will do again for sure and it was one of the highlights of the whole trip for me." -Sam Hill

"I've experienced a sound bath before and loved it - it was quite energetic with a gong and the whole thing but very emotional. The relaxation sound bath I experienced with Angie was something totally new. I felt immersed in gratitude, safety, and love. I was able to rest and get out of my own head for a bit- a rarity for me. I especially loved the rain stick- it was so soothing! I'd recommend a sound bath to pretty much anyone who is willing to let themselves just exist for a while, who struggle to turn their brain off, and those who feel a deep connection with music and sound in general." -CiCi Reagan
