Attendees have the flexibility to transfer their registration to another date and time at no cost, provided the request is made up to 4 days before the scheduled event. To initiate a transfer, simply reach out to us at hello@10dean.ca with your order number and name. Transfer requests beyond the 4-days mark will be subject to the refund policy.

Refund Policy:

As seats are limited, we kindly ask for your consideration. Refunds are available based on the following conditions:

• 4+ days before: Full refund (Eventbrite fees non-refundable)
• 2-4 days before: 50% refund (Eventbrite fees non-refundable)
• Less than 48 hrs: No refund

Please note that Eventbrite fees are non-refundable in all cases.
