Water Bath Canning 101: Jams and Jellies-Thurs, Apr. 23rd. 10am-12pm | $25

This class will include information and resources on safely canning at home, and the science behind making jams and jellies.

Learn about water bath canning, the equipment needed, and how to make homemade jams and jellies. Blueberry Spice Jam will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a non-refundable *$25.00 registration fee per individual for this workshop. All attendees MUST complete a Waiver UF Participant Consent, Release and Waiver of Liability to participate in this class. The form will be available upon arrival to the event.
