The Kammerspiel presents Bob Sloan’s brazen new adaptation of Molière’s Tartuffe. This unsettlingly prescient comedy seems to be the play of the moment as it explores the willingness of those in power to shamelessly exploit, well, basically whoever they can. This version illuminates the original with a contemporary sardonic, and occasionally vitriolic, wit and playfulness.

Directed by Josh McIlvain, the cast includes David Allison, Ciani Barclay, Deborah Crocker, Nathaniel Fishburn, Connor Hogan, Effie Kammer, Jess Otterbine, and Jennifer Summerfield. Nine performances only in a limited three-week run.
