The Boozy Pig Beef Cooking Demo & Tasting
Join us for an awesome in-person experience where you’ll get up close and personal with the art of beef butchering and cooking. Watch skilled hands break down some familiar and unfamilair cuts then walk you through how to cook them to perfection. Cuts include delmonico, denver, sierra, chuck roast, bavette, and tri tip. Afterwards we'll dive into a delicious tasting including salad, sides and dessert.
