The Boozy Pig Sausage Making Class

Join us for a hands on experience for all ages to watch, learn, and participate in making sausage! This is a perfect opportunity for a date night, for hunters or homesteaders, or for anyone whos been interested in making their own sausage at home. We will cover all of the basics such as equipment needed, basic recipe development, different cooking techniques, and different recipes to use your sausage in. We will also cook and eat the sausage we make in the class as well as a couple of staff favorites. Included will be charcuterie upon arrival, sides and salad served with the cooked sausages, and then dessert. You will also recieve 10% off anything in the butcher shop that evening!
