Sunday Reset: Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga

Give yourself the space to release the week behind you and recenter for the days ahead. Sunday Reset is a grounding morning practice that blends long-held yoga postures with live sound healing to restore balance and clarity. We generally move through 4–6 shapes to support release, nervous system regulation, and a clear intention for the week. Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and complementary instruments create a supportive sonic field. The practice closes with a sound bath in savasana for deep rest and steady focus.

Each class is unique. The exact shapes, pacing, and instruments vary. The overall focus remains grounding, release, and clarity. The sound portion generally features bowls and gongs with light percussion as appropriate.

Level/Age: All levels, 18+

Props: Soft Tatami mats, props, blankets provided. Herbal tea served after class.
