Join us for a special evening celebrating one of San Antonio’s most beloved and influential chefs as the St. Paul Square Dinner Club returns to Cherrity Bar for a rare culinary experience with Chef Stefan Bowers.

A cornerstone of San Antonio’s modern culinary scene, Chef Bowers is the force behind Pumpers, the wildly popular smash-burger spot that’s taken the city by storm, as well as a founding chef of the nationally recognized Feast and the acclaimed fine-dining destination Rebelle. Known for his soulful, ingredient-driven cooking and deep respect for craft, Bowers has helped shape the way San Antonio eats for over a decade.

This intimate dinner will take place on Cherrity Bar’s patio, creating a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere where guests can experience Chef Bowers’ food in a more personal, expressive setting — free from the constraints of a traditional restaurant menu. Expect thoughtful dishes, bold flavors and the kind of cooking that tells "his" story.

Each event is unique — featuring a different chef, location, and menu — designed to bring people together through food, conversation, and community.
