Sound Bath for your Soul

Immerse yourself in tranquility at an upcoming sound bath at Soul Movement Studio.

Guided by Chelsea from Sing Your Soul, this afternoon offers deep relaxation and gentle rejuvenation through resonant sounds and vibrations created with Tibetan singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.

Allow yourself to unwind and de-stress as therapeutic sounds wash over you, supporting balance and harmony within the mind, body, and spirit.

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water. Limited props are also available at the studio.

Everyone is welcome in this space.

To honour the flow of the sound bath and ensure a peaceful experience for all, doors will close promptly at 2:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late entry and refunds cannot be accommodated.
