Sound Bath for Rest & Renewal

Come as you are and sink into an evening of soothing sound, stillness, and deep relaxation.

This gentle group sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest. Using Tibetan singing bowls, drums and other sound healing instruments, Chelsea from Sing Your Soul will guide you into a deep state of rest and relaxation where the body can soften, the breath can slow, and tension can gently melt away.

This is a cosy, nurturing space to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself - leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply relaxed.

All you need to do is arrive, get comfortable, and rest.

Please bring a yoga mat (essential), small pillow/cushion, blanket and anything of comfort you might like to add to your experience.

To honour the flow of the sound bath and ensure a peaceful experience for all, doors will close promptly at 6:30pm. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late entre and refunds cannot be accommodated.
