Sound Bath for your Soul

Immerse yourself in tranquility at the upcoming sound bath held at Soul Movement Studio.

Chelsea from Sing Your Soul facilitates an afternoon of deep relaxation and rejuvenation through resonant sounds and vibrations from her Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other sound healing instruments.

Unwind and de-stress as therapeutic sounds wash over you, helping to balance your mind, body and spirit.

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, cushion, blanket and water. Limited props are also available at the studio.

Everyone is welcome in this space.

To honour the flow of the sound bath and ensure a peaceful experience for all, doors will close promptly at 2:00 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive on time, as late entry and refunds cannot be accommodated.
