A calming all-levels yoga flow designed to help you move, stretch, and release tension while building balance and strength.

Step into a grounding yoga flow designed for all levels β€” whether you’re brand new or refining your practice.
This session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and gentle stretching to help you release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body.

Expect a warm, welcoming studio environment where you can move at your own pace and build strength through slow, controlled transitions.

A calming reset for the body and mind.

What to Expect:

– A slow, accessible flow for all abilities
– Breath-led sequences
– Deep stretching + mindful movement
– A restorative closing section
– No pressure, no experience needed

What to Bring:

– Comfortable clothing

– Optional: your own mat (mats also provided)

Please head to our main entrance on 19 James Street, L2 7NP - directly opposite James Street Station.
When you arrive, call 0161 333 1653 and a member of our team will welcome you at the door and guide you to the Yoga Suite upstairs.
