We want to start the year off right with an intimate dinner with The Hess Collection winery. Thursday, January 29th @ 7:15pm.

We will be featuring 6 courses prepared by Chef Alex and 6 wines. All featured wines will be available for special pricing purchases locked down for one night only! As many of you know we love to keep this dinner cozy so we will only have 16 seats!

Imagine you are a wealthy businessman from Switzerland. You are in California to explore opportunities for your family’s flourishing mineral water company.

Hess Persson Estates is recognized as one of the premier family-owned and family-led companies in the world of wine, and it stands committed to pushing boundaries and elevating standards to craft wines of distinctive character. For over 40 years, The Hess Collection has been producing complex, elegant wines sourced from estate vineyards high on Mount Veeder and in the far reaches of the Napa Valley. It is from these rugged landscapes that The Hess Collection winemaking team crafts exceptional luxury wines. Guided by Donald Hess’ founding philosophy, The Hess Collection is committed to honoring the land through sustainable farming and winemaking practices.

Tickets are $190 per couple including two bottles of wine (a $75 value) and Singles are $100 includes one bottle of wine. (a $35 value)
