Sacred Earth Cacao Ceremonies with yoga, meditation and reiki

Cacao is said to open the heart and allow a deeper connection to ourselves, but it is optional and these workshops work just as well without it. Yoga helps us find unity with the mind and body, somatic movement allows us to release. Meditation provides time for quiet contemplation and Reiki offers a collective healing. This space is open to women looking to move with the seasons for a greater connection to themselves.
