The year 2026 ushers in the Year of the Fire Horse, beginning on February 17.

In the Chinese zodiac, the Horse embodies vitality, determination, and freedom of spirit — inspiring confidence and forward momentum. The Fire element amplifies these traits with passion, creativity, and unstoppable energy, sparking innovation and collective progress.

Our theme, “Riding Forward Together – Energizing Unity and Progress,” captures this vibrant spirit.
Like the Fire Horse charging ahead with courage and purpose, our RCS community continues to move forward — united in diversity, inclusion, and shared growth in the Modern Commonwealth.
