You’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing sound bath with crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, alongside a range of therapeutic instruments. The sound journey will gently wash through the body, calming the nervous system and creating space for renewal.

While you’re immersed in sound, you’ll receive a nurturing aromatherapy massage, offered intuitively to support relaxation, circulation, and gentle re-energising. Touch and sound will work together, allowing the body to let go and gradually refill its energy stores — without pressure or effort.
