How to choose and use your Gua Sha tool correctly.

Lifting & draining techniques to sculpt the face, reduce puffiness, and smooth fine lines.

Relaxation techniques to release tension in the forehead, jaw, and around the eyes.

The connection between facial massage and emotional well-being – how stored tension affects your face and how to release it.

How to create a simple yet effective self-care routine that fits into your daily life.

• Wear a comfortable top (strapless or with a loose neckline recommended).

• Come makeup-free, or use the cleansing products provided before the session.

• Bring your mirrow and favoutite face oil, there will be some available for you to use at the workshop too.

I also work with Gua Sha facial massage, a gentle yet powerful technique that promotes lymphatic drainage, relieves tension, and enhances skin vitality. While professional treatments provide deep, long-lasting effects, Gua Sha is a wonderful self-care ritual that helps maintain results between sessions and reconnect with your own touch.
