On the last Thursday of each month, we'll get together to share experiences and support each other through challenges like:

• Managing feelings of fear and despair as a parent
• Dealing with changes in the world that compromise your values and complicate your ablity to parent
• Having to say no when all anyone else wants to say yes
• Finding time for yourself without feeling selfish
