About "Off The Record"

"Off The Record" was created by three women business owners who grew tired of the "noise" in the professional development world. We saw a desperate need for a no-nonsense space where women could drop the filter and get to the heart of what makes businesses succeed.

We believe that growth needs a community, but the higher you go, the lonelier it gets and the more walls you have to throw up. This series provides a "closed-door" environment where leaders can be vulnerable about their challenges and aggressive about their goals.
