Join us for a calming and rejuvenating mindful meditation session with the amazing Keanna D!
This class class is a guided group experience designed to help participants develop awareness, presence, and emotional balance through structured attention practices.
The core of the class involves guided meditation.
- Breath awareness – Observing the natural rhythm of inhaling and exhaling.
- Body scan – Slowly directing attention through different parts of the body to notice sensations.
- Loving-kindness meditation – Silently offering phrases of goodwill toward oneself and others.
- Mindful observation – Noticing thoughts and emotions without judgment, allowing them to pass like clouds.
The tone of the guidance is steady, calm, and spacious, with pauses for silence so participants can practice independently.
