Beneath the sins of 6th Street, under the sanctified basement lights of Fallout Theater, a new kind of service begins—one built not on sermons, but on spontaneous creation. Midnight Church is a live, unscripted comedy experience where the sacred meets the ridiculous.

Confessions become inspiration. Chaos becomes communion. Every service is a completely original experience shaped by congregation participation and the wild imaginations of some of Austin’s best improvisers. Anything can happen after midnight!

Singing, communion, and divine revelations are all things that may or may not happen at Midnight Church. Our faith in improv means trusting in the Present Moment; no two services are ever the same.

Come laugh, come confess, come experience what happens when the lights go down and the spirit of the Present Moment rises.

Produced by Austin School of Comedy graddie, Fallout Theater fanboy and self-appointed Midnight Pastor, Joshua Masso; co-hosted with Sister of the Abyss, Kristen Drenning. REFUND POLICY:

In order to allow us time to fill your seat in our limited capacity, refunds can only be made 24 hours before the start of the show. Due to our currently limited capacity and online ticket policy, if you purchase tickets and are a no-show on the night of the performance – you forfeit the right to a refund. AGE REQUIREMENTS:

We recommend audiences to be 18 or older due to mature content on stage; however, those under 18 are welcome with parental discretion.

CONCESSIONS / ALCOHOL

Drinks available for purchase at Fallout Theater's bar. NO BYOB. To drink you must be 21+, but you can still see our shows without drinking if you are under 21. Our programming tends to be PG-13 & up! Concessions available at box office.

PARKING

Street parking is usually available within a 2 block radius of the theater. Try parking north of 7th Street on Lavaca, or west of Lavaca near Guadalupe & 8th (by the old library).
